How Can Biliary Atresia At A Later Stage Be Treated?

my babay suffered from biliary atresia but could not be treated with kashai procedure because of late digonose now she take debriton syrup & cap. ursofolk this medicine is sufficent or need more medicine so that duration of liver transplant can be prolong plz guide

Please tell us about the baby's age, bilirubin levels and HIDA scan report for specific answer.

Generally Surgical treatment (Kasai Procedure) for Extra Hepatic Biliary Atresia should be done at least before 90 days of life to get biliary clearance. Otherwise Liver transplant is the only alternative option.
