General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. Wound has to be cleaned thoroughly and suturing must be done if it is a large wound. You have to get a tetanus shot also. A short course of antibiotics may be stated to prevent wound infection.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
