General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your treadmil test show positive for ischemia. It is not very specific and sensitive test to diagnose coronary artery disease. It suggests inadequate blood supply to the heart. I would suggest to undergo TMT with thallium isotope or CT angiography to investigate the cardiovascular disease by consulting the cardiologist. If above tests will come normal then you should not concern about the problem.

In case of positive result coronary angioplasty or Baloon Angioplasty with placement of stents will be required.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
