Hi,

I understand your concern.

I am sorry about your stool issues. Having a bowel movement (bm) is a physiological process and no human should be denied a toilet for personal use.

If you try to hold your stool, and have rock hard stool, this might have lacerated the mucosa. If you cannot control your bm, it could be any rupture or damage in the anal sphincter muscles.

So, I advise to consult with a proctologist and have a digital examination done to see local changes.

No affection to pancreas has occurred, just changes in the function of your bowels due to having hard stool passed.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- go to toilet each time you feel the need, do not delay

Wish fast recovery.
