How Can Bowel Movements Be Advanced?

i get up early in morning at 5 am. thereafter i take tea. but usually i go to latrine at 6.30 am. kindly tell me the ways so that i may go to latrine early in the morning i.e. 5 or 5.30 am i.e. within half an hour just after getting up from bed in the early morning.
