How Can Bruised Hard Lumps On The Forehead Be Treated?

My daughter bumped her head three weeks ago on a cement bench and it immediately went into this big bump. Gradually over the next two weeks it went away then she slightly bumped it when she fell on the floor and she got these two really hard bumps on the forehead and now they have been there for a little over a week. Is this something that is going to stay like a bruised bone or is it something that I don t need to worry about and it should go away after time. She is two years old. Hope you can help me out.

Hi...this seems to be a bruise or hematoma. Nothing to worry at all. It will settle in a week or 2 and it will not become a permanent swelling. You can try putting some ice packs at the area or you can use Ibuprofen at 10mg/kg/dose every eight hourly for 2 days.
