How Can Burning Sensation During Urination Despite Taking Azomax And Cefixime Be Treated?

Hi I have an infection I think is chlamydia however because I had it a couple years ago I still have the prescription that was given to me. It was azomax and Cefixime. The azomax was 3 tabs which I have taken already and completed and still ongoing with the cefixime. However it is still burning when I urine
