How Can Callus On The Toe With Pus Be Treated?

I developed a callus on my right big toe, on the bottom. I work in retail and am on my feet all day. After a while this thick callus developed what looked like bruising or blood under the skin. I have soaked my foot in Epson salt a few times a week and read about using a file to file down the callus and it has gotten better. The other day at work I was moving some heavy items and seemed to irritate the callus. Now my toe is swelling up a little and I have a clear to whitish liquid coming out, it has an odor to it. My toe doesn’t really hurt, not to sure what to do.
