How Can Child Erections Be Handled Medically And Socially?

my son is 4 years old and is experiencing often erections...he is very surprised and excited..the bad thing is that he shows us (my daughter -6 yrs old and I)his penne l really don t know what to say; to him and to my daughter...what would be the best thing to do at that time? how to handle this kind of situations?

Hi,

Children at even early ages do get erections, that is not a problem, they try to experiment and exploring; flashing behavior is very common in children as part of exploring their body. Don't worry about it. Make sure he gets distracted to other things and avoid showing him any sexually explicit material on TV.
