How Can Chronic Backache Be Treated?

I have chronic back pain with sciatica pain in my feet and legs, why is it so much worse when a cold front or barameteric pressure change occurs? I have had several back surgeries and even have a nueostimulator implant but have nearly intorerable pain at times. Please advise!
