General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Looking into the history, it suggests me that your baby has viral cough and cold in this because of the mucus your child is not able to sleep properly so I would suggest you keep your child slightly reclined, you can use a wedge pillow for the same specialty during sleep. It will help him to easily swallow his mucus and get a night of proper sleep.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Medhavi Agarwal
