How Can Chronic Diarrhea Be Treated?

I have always had a delicate constitution, but lately cannot seem to eat anything without it turning into diarrhea. I am 75 years old, lactose intolerant and take quite a lot of medication for many ailments such as fibromyalgia and neuropathy. Please help. Thank you. Sincerely, Ellen Uhl YYYY@YYYY
