How Can Chronic Kidney Failure And Pleural Effusion Be Treated?

My grandfather is suffering from chronic kidney failure, pleural effusion , heart failure, diabetic n high blood pressure .. His blood urea is 79 mmol/l and creatinine is 6.9 ...due to transudative pleural effusion his protein level is decreased and due to increased blood urea his protein diet should be low ...so which medication or nutrients will be good for him???

Are we considering for dialysis as indication are quite suggestive.More over we should concentrate on a renal as well as diebetic diet.
A balance of protein and carbohydrate requited with vitamins.
However to do away with the pleural effusion please get a detail opinion of the treating physician.Hospitalisation and treatment is the best option also for proper dietary planning as there are possibility for a deranged electrolytes.
