How Can Chronic Migraines With Nausea And Vomiting Be Treated?

Hi, ever since i was 8 i have had bad headaches. I am now 18 and they have turned into chronic migraines and they are happening about 2 or 3 times a week..and if i dont take my medicine on the onset of the migraine i will get nausious and vomit. i have had an mri done and mulitple visits to my nuerologist and still no answer to what causes them or how to prevent them. I heard tragus piercings can help migraines/headaches. Is this true?
