Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Fatigue And Acid Reflux While On Prednisone

I have been on prednisone for years for Ray, lupus and chronic migraines. I was given instructions to taper down by my Dr but after missing over 2 weeks of not taking any due to illness. I am so extra weak, fatigued,nausea,vomiting snarkiness. Acid reflux and stomachs issues could this really be from stopping the prednisone?

Question : Suggest remedy for nausea, fatigue and acid reflux while on Prednisone
Answer : Nausea and Acid Reflux can be solved by
1) Taking Prednisolone after food
2) Taking lots of Water : At least 4 litres a day spread over regular intervals
3) Antacid Gels

Very Rarely, you may need Tablets

Fatigue can be overcome by brisk walking for 30 minutes every morning
