94 yrs old mom...good mental and mostly physical health. Had cold with bad chest cough for a week. Tic du laroux started back up today...taken 1 pill so far. I'm more worried about pneumonia than anything else right now...her BP is 152/85. And temp 98.3

Give her water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use antihistamine to reduce nasal secretions. Drink plenty of water, use soft diet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
