Neurologist 's  Response
Hello! It is not clear in your question if the blood is in the brain, or in the scalp. If it's a brain hematoma or contusion and you are feeling worse and your headache increases, you should go immediately to the hospital and see a neurologist and maybe another CT scan is needed to evaluate if the bleeding is greater. Brain hemorrhage from injury can cause headache from the intracranial increased pressure when it comes to epidural or subdural hematomas, or irritations of the meninges in subarachnoidal hemorrhage. Epidural hematoma happens early from the injury, so if it is present it is apparent from the first CT scan, but it can be larger with time passing. Subdural and subarachnoidal hemorrhage can not be visible from the beginning, and if the symptomps worsen, one of those can be suspected and has to be ruled out.
