How Can Congenital Heart Failure Be Treated?

I don't have a question and I am not the person I'm checking for; he is 79; i had him in emergency a month ago; they said congenital heart failure with other things; prescribed drugs, which seem to add to symptoms, and according to drug hand out expected; I expected to see, checker results, imply heart situation...very strange

1.back rest is needed.
2.avoid salty foods.
3.your doctor might have prescribed drugs to you.kindly take the drugs regularly.
4.avoid more water intake.
