How Can Congestion In Ears And Throat Ache Be Treated?

I have had continuous congestion in ears and a painful throat. My voice has been quite hoarse and vocal chords feel sore. My CT showed my sinuses are clear and I take Flonase to keep my nasal passages clear. I ve had 3 rounds of antibiotics and I m on my 2nd round of steroids for the inflammation. Any suggestions as to how to help the ears and throat pain as well as what the inflammation could be from?

ent examination for nose ear and throat is to be done. there is laryngitis give rest to voice. give ezythrocin 500mg daily for 5days. take treatment as advised by ent specialist avoid steroid. can use nasibion nasal drop other treatment as per advise of ent specialist.
