How Can Constant Pain In The Lower Back Be Treated?

Hi, my name is Tracy and I am 51. I have lower back pain constantly, the pain goes around me like a belt. I get nauseous every time I eat and when I urinate. I haven t had my period for about a year, I m assuming that s because of menopause. I ve been sick for a long time and I don t have insurance right now, so I don t know what to do.
