How Can Constant Vomiting, Nausea And Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

My sister is 33 years old, always nauseas and vomiting for about a year....11/2011 abdominal pain went into surgery for appendix...still same symptoms a month later, went into surgery for gall bladder...had an endoscopy was found with gastritis, internal external hemmorrhoids, paralyzed stomach, biopsy done came back negative. Emergency room again, blood in stool, inflammed intestines, hospitalized, had a colonoscopy, biopsy came back inconclusive...has lost 20lbs, cannot hold anything down she eats
