How Can Constipation Be Treated After An Embryo Transfer?

I had the transfer this past Thursday morning.( 2nd day ) I have had very bad constipation And unfortunately I have pushed and strain. Now I m afraid about embryo fall out because of that . And what can I do for constipation? And how long does constipation take ? Thanks

Hi,

Straining very rarely cause drop of embryos. And if any drop had occured you would have observed that.

To relieve constipation you should take more fluids and more fiberous diet like vegetables and fruits. Besides you can also use ispaghula husk.
