constipation can be disturbing but with good lifestyles habits you can overcome it.
I would not recommend medication for this at least in your case.
here are my tricks :
- dring 3 glasses of water first thing in the morning before putting anything in your mouth. wait for 40-45 mins to be able to eat after drinking those 3 glasses of water.
water itself is medication but because we have got plenty free water people tend to neglect it's healing power.
- continue to dring 1 glass of water every 2 hours afterwards
- it's good that you eat healthy. the word healthy is complex and can mean different things
- Avoid meat
- Eat fish replace meat with fish
- Replace meat with vegetables
proteins food like beans peas etc
- Concentrate on eating more vegetables and fruits
this should be your main diet
- Cut on carbohydrates like rice, cone, bread etc
- Avoid coffee and all stimulants
if you follow this diet your constipation will be cured.
