How Can Constipation While On A Road Trip Despite Taking Ex-Lax And OTC Saline Enema Be Treated?

my partner has been constipated for about 4 days (she typically has daily bowel movements). We were on a road trip for 5 days when it started. She has been very uncomfortable since 11am and tried ex-lax, mineral oil and an over the counter saline enema. She is having cramps and feels slightly nauseated. We are not sure if the treatments she s tried just need more time or if she should seek medical treatment.

@ Usually you get bowel evacuation within 12 hrs of above methods .
@ Failure of which indicates either impacted stools or other issue , strongly
recommend to consult a Consultant Surgeon urgently .
