How Can Degenerative Changes In The Shoulders And Spine Along With Bibasilar Atelectasis Be Treated?

The Cardiomediastinal silhouette is mildly enlarged. Degenerative changes are noted in the spine. Thoracic aorta is tortuous and ectactic. No pleural effusion, focal consolidation, or Pneuothorax. There are also degenerative changes in the shoulders. Mild bibasilar atelectasis is seen. I am 75, and in good physical shape...and do physical work, and workout on weights. Have my kown business. Some things I am aware of, and others not so much. Appreciate some interpretation. Thank you. Mac
