How Can Delayed Periods And Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I am 28 years old . I aborted 3 months ago as I was not prepared that is in month of September and I had pain in my abdomen left side . I have missed my period this is the 6th week now as well did pregnancy test before taking regetrone 5 mg 6 doses and after taking it is still negative but still I have pain in my abdomen please . last month I got periods and the bleeding was very less as compared to other cycles . please suggest me something
