Hello i have pcos since February iam not getting my periods so i visited to my gynecologist she gave me gynaecosid and said after 2 days you will get your periods back but its almost a week nothing happens till now no cramps nothing... iam so worried now

I think you should talk oral estroprogestative contraception pills for some months. It will put ovaries at rest and then see how it will go.
