How Can Diabetes, Insulin Levels And Loose Motions Be Better Controlled?

sir, i am 34 yrs male, i was diagnosed to diabities 9 years back from then i am taking insulin 30:70 HM now recently i check up where my SGOT & SGPT levels are came to 180 ,185 , i have also not able to control my insulin level more then 300 fasting and 450 pp i am having serious problem of loose motion after eating any thing, i have to go to toilet after 1/2 an hour after taking meal, i am very very tired from my life, please suggest

dear sir .. i understand your problem ... some times SGOT & SGPT will be elevated in diabetics just because of fatty liver .. metabolic stress on the liver ... but diarrhea could be due to stress ... irritable bowel syndrome ... please check with your treating doctor if you are you taking any other oral medications for preventing the absorption like acarbose .. or else nothing to worry ... meditation , pranayama and some relaxation exercises will definitely help you .. you need to increase your physical activity.. dont skip your meal with the fear of diarrhoea.. eat less but frequently. add more of green leafy vegetables and fruits .. to your diet ... need not worry
