How Can Diarrhea Along With Acid Reflux, Fatigue And Fever Be Treated?

Second time this week liquid diarrhea, acid reflex, fatigue, 101 fever, muscle cramps. Forcing water down to stay hydrated as best as possible. Just gave in to taking an AD pill. Last time doing that I got extremely bloated and felt constipated but still had diarrhea.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. Some advice that I can give to you are:
-use Imodium for the diarrhea
-use antacids for the acid reflux
-drink liquids
