How Can Diarrhea And Fever In An Infant Be Treated?

My baby is 7 months old having loose motion and his motion is going in XXXXXXX colour and having fever too. He is only taking breast milk only. Now he is taking walamycin antibiotic. And weight 5.2kg and she is suffer heart problem (heart hole ) Plz advice right does and medicine

would strongly recommend to get basic laboratory tests with pediatrician
to evaluate the load of the infection and manage the case accordingly .
