How Can Diarrhea Be Treated?
I am having Diarrhea the last two days. Yesterday i had 4 bowel movements and they were all liquid. Today in the span of 2 hours I have had 3 and the same result. I also feel very hot even though the temperature in here is 20* C. I think I have a stomach flu, your thoughts?

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Replace lost fluids and nutrients
-Consider diarrhea medicines such as Imodium
-Avoid certain foods while there is diarrhea such as spicy foods,caffeine,alcohol.
-Use probiotics
-Do what you can to increase comfort
