General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please give answers to the below questions for giving more comment:
Is there fever and blood or mucus in stool?
Had he taken outside food last night?
Is any investigation done?

It can be viral or bacterial gastroenteritis. In developed country chicken, beef-like non-veg can spread campylobacteria or salmonellosis or staph like organism induced Diarrhea.

Get your stool routine micro examination and occult blood test done. Maintain hydration with lots of water.

Avoid excess spicy foods, fruit juice, and a semisolid diet should be taken more. If no improvement is seen, then the broad-spectrum antibiotic course should be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
