How Can Diarrhea In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi, My child is 2.5 months old. from last 4 days his motion cycle is like 5 to 6 times a day. No fever, no blood in stool, no vomitings. Could you please suggest me how can these loose motions will be reduced? His weight is gradually reducing due to these motions. Thanks, Chandra

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should immediately consult pediatrician for your child.
We need to first assess dehydration in him.
He needs breast feeding, ORS (oral rehydration solution) and zinc tablet.
So better to consult pediatrician and discuss all these.
