Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Darolac Z Sachet contains Lactobacillus spores as an active ingredient. It works by suppressing or killing harmful bacterial growth.
You can administer half sachet in 3 tsp of water.
Give half sachet twice daily before feeding.

Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran. S.
