How Can Diarrhea, Vomiting And Chills Be Treated?

Last night I felt stuffed and couldn't bm. This morning and all day had diarrhea, dark liquid and vomit liquid with chunks of food. Have chills. Once my head went back and I didn't know where I was. Hasn't done that again. Took pepto and diarrhea pills expired 2015. Husband gone to get more. Only water and camomile tea with little tea today. Suggestion? Could be flu?
