How Can Diarrhea While On Magnesium Glycinate Be Managed?
I have been taking 400 mg of magnesium glycinate prescribed by a doctor to control restless leg syndrome,for many years instead of klonipin, but it makes my bowel movements loose and is spread out over a few hours also not as effective anymore. What can I do?
