How Can Discomfort After Exposure To Paint Fumes Be Treated?

I sprayed a few plastic boat parts in my basement with windows closed due to the cold weather. Pretty stupid, cause I fiberglassed a few days before and had a fan on. About an hour later I used the shop vac to pick up the the over spray on the floor. I m felling better but feel like I want to throw up. I think the shop vac just circulated it around room while I was in there. Setting by a window with cold light breeze and it s better but stomach still feels a little quezy. Should I drink milk...I drank some water. 66 yr old sailing dude. Sorry but feeling better just typing this.
