Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dizziness due to vestibular or neurological or cardia problems.

Knee problem may cause imbalance, but it won't cause giddiness.

Dizziness is treated upon the cause. Use if it is BPPV or hypotension or hypoglycemia or infection or vestibular neurinitis.

Imbalance may be due to cerebellar stroke or parkinsonism or vestibular neurinitis etc.

Please consult your neurophysician/physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
