Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dizziness may be due to ENT problems, like BPPV or acute vestibular neurinitis or labyrinthitis etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool drinks and cold water, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Avoid anxiety by doing yoga and meditation. You may try tablet Vertin. You may tablet Ativan.

You may get to be examined for cardiac or ENT problems.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist/cardiologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
