Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Dizziness after lying down may be due to BPPV or acute viral labyrinthitis or vestibular neuritis or post head injury related vertigo.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet Vertin.

Please consult your ENT specialist, he will examine for vestibular function, tympanogram and pure tone audiometry and position test then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
