How Can Ear Infection, Eyes Puffiness, Soreness And Discharges Be Treated?

My son is 23 months with a bad ear infection and his eyes have gotten really puffy, sore and gunky. The ER gave him antibiotics but nothing for his eyes. Is there something I can do to help him? He wont even let me wipe the gunk from his eyes when they re stuck together.

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCm,
For the infected eyes one use ciprofloxacin eye drops 2 to 4 hourly basis for 3 to 5 days.
Eyes to be washed frequently,.
