Hello,

As per your query, you have symptoms of an earache and tinnitus which seems to be due to ear wax accumulation and infection of the internal ear.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you do:
- Take Ibuprofen drug for pain and apply dry warm compresses on external ear.
- Maintain hygiene of ear canal.
- Avoid touching or pricking ear with sharp object.
- Do warm saline gargles.

You should consult an ENT specialist once for a proper checkup. The doctor may order blood tests and throat swab tests.

The doctor may prescribe antibiotics like gentamycin along with anti-inflammatory medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
