Early anterior marginal osteophytosis is seen along the lower lumber vertebrae. posterior elements and facet joints are normal. Degeneration of L5/S1 is seen as loss of signal intensity on T2 images rest of the visualized I.V. disc show normal heights and signal intensities. mild disc bulges are seen at L4/5 and L5/S1 Causing anterior indentation of the thecal sac-no significant canal stenosis or neural compression is seen. No disc bulbe or prolapse is seen at any other level. Pre and Paravertebral regions are normal. Visualized spinal cord is normal in signal intensity and is seen to terminate at L1 Level.
