How Can Elbow And Forearm Pain With Weight Bearing Difficulties Be Treated?

Hi, I fell a week last Thursday, hitting my elbow quite hard. I have had pain down the back of my arm to the elbow joint (which is very tender), and this pain flows down my forearm, and I am finding it difficult to pick anything up of any weight with my left hand. When tried to spray deodorant with my left hand, I couldn t put any pressure on to spray as it would shoot pains up the front of my hand. I did think this was just the result of the fall and I was bruised but it hasn t got any better after 10 days? Thank Joann

After going through your query I concluded that you are having a soft injury and bruised your left elbow. However you can get your x ray to exclude fracture.
