How Can Enlarged Lymph Node On Right Side Of The Neck Be Treated?

My dr saw an enlarged lymph node in my upper right side when taking an x-ray for cold or emphysema. How should I follow up on this? I only have less than half a kidney left because of masses in my kidneys . My creatine is 1.3. I m a farmer and very active but don t feel good most of the time. I m 73.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having enlarged lymph node as per your history...

It could be reactive enlarged lymph node or there might be infection or inflammation...

For enlarged lymph node work up first your detail clinical history should be taken and than FNAC taken to rule out nature of lesion...

If it comes suppurative lesion than antibiotic needed
If tb lymphedenitis present than akt given

Hence if specific cause found than treated accordingly
