How Can Epileptic Seizures Be Treated?

my son is epileptic from the age of 13 yrs . he is now 21. his seizure control is not good. right now he is on Levetiracetam 1g twice daily. inspite of which he is still having episodes. do U suggest we change him to any other drug !!! A Worried mother
