How Can Erectile Dysfunction While Suffering From Fibromyalgia Be Treated?

good evening, I am a 62 yr old man with a bad case of fibromyalgia, I am a lattle overweight and having ed problems. I have desire , and the need to be intimate with my wife, but there is little response of the parts. could the fibro play a part and if so what can I do... help please.
