3 years ago anytime I would overeat my stomach would become extremely bloated and my food would go straight through me 15-20 mins after eating. I learned my lessen and stopped doing that. Now for about a year and a half, anytime i eat pasta, bread, fried foods, rice etc my stomach becomes severely bloated and distended. Even small portions of unhealthy food will do it, literally 2 bites of something will bloat me up. The bloating is so bad I look 4mo pregnant and it will stay that way for hours. I have tried everything pepto, ducolax, rolaids, tums, prilosec, zantac. anything to help, and nothing does. My stomach bloats all the way up to my ribs and it makes it difficult to even walk and breathe. As long as i stick to eating vegetables, cheese, steak and chic Im fine but if I stray at all Im miserable! Any ideas to what it might be?
