How Can Excessive Cold And Chills Be Treated?

I have a friend having some issues and was curious as to what these would be symptoms of. Excessive cold chills and absolutely no body feeling. Like one could bite down on their fingers and not feel it whatsoever. The person who is suffering with this has also tried to warm themselves up. Drinking hot water/soup does nothing. Where this individual lives the temperature is neutral. Individual cannot feel much heat either. Do you know what these symptoms sound like? Very worried!

Hello,

Excessive cold chills are commonly due to hypothermia. Hypothermia occurs due to poor general health, thyroid issues that go undetected untreated, hypoglycaemia, hypotension, poor nutrition, taking junk food, addictions, sedentary life & dehydration.

Your friend is suggested to keep well hydrated. Take nutritious home made food rich in protein, calcium, zinc & magnesium.

Avoid junk, packaged food, quit addictions if any, lead an active life, exercise regularly.

Get her clinically examined at ER. Get her thorough medical examination done to detect any pathology causing the discomfort. Get all blood & Imaging tests done. Get her treated at the earliest.

In the meantime, your friend can take vitamin B & E supplements & take a protein-rich diet.
