How Can Excessive Weight Be Reduced With Diet And Exercises?

I'm 5'0 and currently weigh 125 lbs. I would like to slim down to about 96 lbs by next September, I've heard that swimming is great for shedding pounds but as it is winter I don't have access to a free pool and cannot afford a gym membership. What are some good diet and free exercises I could use?

Hello,

You can surely lose weight without investing money if you eat right and make required changes in your lifestyle.

Do exercise at home. Go for a long walk, jog or bike ride. Skipping rope is also a good exercise. Cut back on high-calorie food and increase diet of vegetables and fruits except bananas. Avoid dairy products. Do not indulge into junk food and sodas. Do not full your stomach when you have meals. Instead, eat small portions at 2-3 hours gap. Have a gap of at least 3 hours between dinner and sleeping. Avoid daytime naps. Drink a glass of water before meals and keep drinking water throughout day.

I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for advise. I wish you reach your goal by next September!

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
